Monitoring back to the control room has a huge advantage, in that if you are at work, away for a weekend, long holiday or business trip, you don't have to rely on family, friends or business associates to check for alarms or intrusions at your premises. The control room will have a list of recall numbers provided by you, (which can be changed or varied at anytime) and will let you or someone nominated by you know if there are any problems. In addition to letting you know, the patrol response and D24 are called, giving you total peace of mind.

Monitoring is especially beneficial if your business or residential premises are in a remote location, or if surrounding premises are also closed down or unattended during the day, at night or during prolonged breaks such as weekends and holiday periods

We use a "Grade One" control room, which complies with all the new regulations for control room monitoring, which operates under the highest possible standards.

There are several available formats of monitoring available;

Dialler

The security system uses an existing telephone line at your premise, which then alerts our 24 Hr monitoring centre.

Securitel

Whilst still using an existing telephone line at your premise, Securitel has the advantage of line supervision, which when a telephone line is cut, the monitoring centre are alerted immediately

GSM

A GSM back up unit will monitor the telephone line that your security system is connected to and will switch to the GSM interface in the event of a line failure.
